March Dinner Club

Join the dinner club at their next outing on Thursday, March 4th at 6:30pm at the Tokyo Teriyaki Restaurant in Daly City... besides sushi, pick from teriyaki, tempura and other great Japanese favorites. Please RSVP to Dale Lee by Wednesday, March 3rd (ladies only and don't forget to bring cash for easy bill pay).

At the February dinner club, sisters enjoyed lots of steaks, ribs, prime rib and shrimp at the Outback Restaurant (and were too stuffed to order dessert). And as always seems to be the case, they ran into some familiar faces at another table - the Lee's celebrating their 25th anniversary!

Stake UCSF Doll Work Day

Mark your calendars, sharpen your scissors and join your fellow sisters at the next stake UCSF Doll Work Day: Saturday, February 27th @ 9am at the stake center. Come ready to sew dolls & their hospitals gowns, stuff and stitch them up and put on finishing touches. Bring scissors, sewing machines and any finished work you've done in advance at home.

What's For Dessert?

This Tuesday, February 23rd at 7pm, the cooking group will be picking up their dessert spoons and making a tasty treat using pound cake, strawberries and Nutella... join them in the kitchen up at the church and bon appetit!

Thanks to all the sisters who came out to help with the ongoing UCSF doll project! We made good progress, but more still needs to be done... stay tuned for upcoming ward and stake work dates.

Computer Basics - email, Internet & Microsoft Office basics (2nd Tuesday @ 7pm in the Family History Center)

Book Review - share your favorite reads in the comfort of Josie Fish's living room (3rd Wednesday @ 7pm)

Hiking - explore nature while hiking local trails (2nd Monday & 3rd Saturday @ 10am - meet in the church parking lot)

Spiritual Home Improvement

Mark your calendars for the first Relief Society quarterly activity of 2010: Spiritual Home Improvement... Roll up your sleeves and join us on Tuesday, January 26th at 7:00pm in the Relief Society room for some spiritual DIY instruction and ideas on remodeling your life to be more Christ-centered.

Book Club

We're starting a book club! The third Wednesday of every month, we will be meeting at Josie Fish's house at 7pm.

The first get together will be February 17th, and there we can talk about how we would like the group to go.

We can choose books, genres, or just snack on treats. Whatever you're up for.
